Preksha is a technique to awaken the disciplinary mind of the self. Perceive the Soul through the Soul is the main element of Preksha Meditation. (i) To live in present (ii) Action with awareness (iii) Be always vigilant apramatta
- Act only but do not Re-act (pratikriya virati) - Do not perform all your daily activities as a result reaction.
- Friendship -The complete nature and emotion of a spiritual practioner should radiate friendship.
- Moderate Diet (Mitahar) - The body, meditation and consciousness gets effected by moderate diet. It protects us from aversion and lazyness.

Bhavana During The Consumption of Food
(Use Hindi Script)
Bhavana ho pavana, sadbhavana se hum jiyen,
Sadhana ki amal sarita ka amrit jal hum piyen,
Deh Yatra ko chalane ke liye aahar ho,
Aur sahaj an and ka usmen saghan sanchar ho,
He prabho! Aahar pratipal yog nit banata rahe,
