Contemplation is a practise of concentration on recalling. The truth attained by perceiving is thought with concentration and then again to perceive during the state of experience so it becomes contemplation practise. With repeated practice mind sets with this culture or creation becomes part of the value. The child becomes free from the weaknesses, which are experienced by him through the practise of perception or contemplation.
The requisites of Contemplation are:
- Strong will power
- The disciplinary practise - 20 to 30 minutes, every day
- Continuity of the practise - 2 to 3 months
- Place-exclusive, peaceful and clean.
The following are contemplation practices of some human values :
Contemplation of Discipline
If we wish to achieve discipline in life, then we need to recite - “To be Restraint is the life" and for that it is required that
- We change our outlook.
- We need to learn to live in our consciousness through the medium of Kayotsarg.
- To wane our negative emotions we need to meditate on the center of Bliss with yellow colour.
- We need to practise the Contemplation of Self-discipline.
The process is as follows:
- Mahaprandhavani 2 Minutes
- Kayotsarg 3 Minutes
- Breath yellow colour. Experience that the atoms of yellow colour are all around you. These yellow atoms, with your every breath; are entering within your body. 3 Minutes
- Concentrate your mind on the Center of Peace and contemplate - My capacity to control myself is increasing. The fickleness of my mind is reducing. Recite these sentences 9 times. Then meditate it for 9 times. 5 Minutes
- Recall-
- Complete the practise with Mahaprandhavani. 2 Minutes
The society cannot exist without discipline or control.
If the self-control is powerful, then outer control is expected less.
Once the self control is not performed strictly, the quantum of outer control increases.
I don't choose that with outer control my freedom should be restricted.
