Asanas to be practised while lying down on the back
1. Suptatadasana
- Lie down on your back on the carpet. By intertwining the fingers of both the hands move them upward and the legs downward.
- Create tension by drawing them tight while exhaling.
- Bring back the hands while inhaling.
- Exhale and relax the whole body.

2. Uttanpadasan
- Lie straight on the back. Taking in deep breath, raise your legs straight in the same position upwards to 30 degree without bending at knees.
- Breathe out bringing your legs slowly down on to the ground.
- Breathe in and raise your legs up to 60 degree.
- Breathe out and slowly bring your legs on the ground.
