Padmasana

  1. Spread a carpet on the ground and sit in Sukhasana While breathing in place the left leg over the right thigh
  2. While breathing out, place the right leg over left the thigh
  3. While breathing in, straighten the waist and neck. Keep the hand in Gyan Mudra. Breathe normally
  4. Come out of Padmasana while breathing out.

  4. Activation of neurons

Yogmudra:

Sit in Padmasana on the carpet and hold the wrist of one hand behind the back with the other hand. Inhale

  1. Bend forward while exhaling Slowly touch the ground with the forehead
  2. Inhale and raise the hands straight up.
  3. Bring back the hands while exhaling
  4. While inhaling slowly raise the head up. Repeat the same after changing the hold of the hand

Benefits

  1. Removal of extra fat from the abdomen.
  2. The expansion of the chest.
  3. The spinal cord becomes flexible
  4. It improves the memory
