Padmasana
- Spread a carpet on the ground and sit in Sukhasana While breathing in place the left leg over the right thigh
- While breathing out, place the right leg over left the thigh
- While breathing in, straighten the waist and neck. Keep the hand in Gyan Mudra. Breathe normally
- Come out of Padmasana while breathing out.

Sit in Padmasana on the carpet and hold the wrist of one hand behind the back with the other hand. Inhale
- Bend forward while exhaling Slowly touch the ground with the forehead
- Inhale and raise the hands straight up.
- Bring back the hands while exhaling
- While inhaling slowly raise the head up. Repeat the same after changing the hold of the hand
