Mahavira's Scripture Of Health: [14.07] Perception of Psychic Colours and Health - How are Emotions?

Leshyadhyana [Perception of Psychic Colours] and Svasthya [health]

It is very important to know a person's emotions. Any decision about his leshya and abhamandal is taken on the basis of his emotion. If a person is extremely jealous, it should be concluded that there is an accumulation of too many atoms of the neel-leshya in him. Those atoms are making him jealous. If someone is very crafty and plays tricks all the time, it should be taken for granted that there is accumulation of too many atoms of the kapota-leshya in him. If a person's behaviour is very gentle and polite, it should be concluded that the atoms of the tejo-leshya are active in him. If a person is extremely clam and his feelings of anger, conceit, maya and greed have become insignificant, then it should be concluded that the atoms of the padma-leshya are active in him. Atoms of the glowing yellow colour are the cause of the kashaya becoming insignificant. When a person has risen high above all these, he has become free from the circle of instincts and lives the life as a dispassionate being, it should be concluded that atoms of the shukla-leshya are active in him.
