The problem of appetite would be solved by the perception of the digestive system. When there is some disorder in the digestive system, there would be less blood circulation, or, there would be imbalance of the prana. We would start feeling hungry as we begin the observation of the digestive system. The blood circulation would increase. If the blood is nourished, the entire system would start functioning properly. This kind of observation is an art. The practice of kayakalpa was determined on the basis of the power of observation. This involves the process of observation is 36 parts. One is required to begin from the toes and proceed up to the head and repeat this process 36 times. This should be practised on every organ of the body one by one. In one round our attention is concentrated on every organ. This is a significant process.
