Mahavira's Scripture Of Health: [01.02] Existence And Health - The Body (Sharira)

Published: 09.03.2007

When we apply the non-absolutism, one aspect may be of secondary importance and the other may be of primary importance. But we cannot consider them as entirely different. The body is the first component of human existence.

The body can be said to be healthy when each and every organ functions well, the digestive system and the excretory system are in right order and the respiratory system, the nervous system and the brain function properly. The body becomes diseased or sick when there is disorder or malfunctioning of any organ.
