Whichever part of the body you exercise, it remains in working condition.
Whichever part of the body you do not exercise, it never learns to work.
This is true for every part of the body and most true for the brain.
In olden days it used to be said that the brain becomes senile.
Once a man touched 60, he was considered useless in terms of his brain.
Modern science has turned this notion upside down.
The scientific notion is - work your brain and its powers will go on increasing.
Do not work it and it will become useless.
This idea has opened new vistas of development for the human race.
