A doctor enquired, "You are always engulfed by so many people, do you not find it stressful?"
The question was natural.
I answered simply.
We use some sutras because of which we do not feel the stress.

One sutra is Nishesham. After finishing some work, allow the mind to experience the feeling of having completed the task:
The work is done. Nothing remains.
If the mind keeps thinking that something more is left to be done, then it creates stress.

The second sutra is stay within, but live on the outside.
Practising this sutra will keep away tension.
Even if you are engulfed by people, you will not feel the stress.

Stress is the creation of our mind.
If we wish we give birth to it and if we do not, we stay free from it.
