No principle is applicable to all people equally.
The reason for this is unknown.
Each and every person's capability is not the same.
But the difference in capabilities and the applicability of a universal principle can not be equated and therefore the principle of exceptions has come into being.
One man can not be compared to another and different rules can not be constituted for different people - this is an inherent problem.
One rule is followed by thousand people at thousand different levels.
This truth should always be borne in mind.
