A cook knows that a meal can not be cooked with wheat flour alone.
He needs vegetables, spices, salt, sugar and so on.
In ancient texts one finds references to food that is tasty, to meals that comprise of thirty two dishes or thirty three vegetable preparations.
Without proper ingredients such meals can not be laid out.
Similarly every bit of work requires the necessary raw material.
To assess the requirement of raw material is equivalent to assessing reality itself.
