The centralisation of management is a solution as well as a problem.
If amongst others, one person is highly respected and has a larger-than-life personality, then everyone accepts his orders.
Many problems are solved.
But if no one person is so highly respected, then there is a lot of altercation.
The problem arises because it is not possible to place all the issues before one person and for everybody to get the time to present his viewpoint before him.
In this situation it becomes difficult to execute the work properly.
If we are able to find the right balance then we find there are problems on both sides as well as solutions on both sides.
