A new society or a non-violent society can not be constructed on the basis of material transformation or administrative transformation alone.

To effect it there is need to visualise a Yogalika period which can be described as:

1. Consciousness of self discipline.
2. Consciousness of self dependence.
3. Consciousness of freedom from hoarding.
4. Consciousness of freedom from rule.
5. Consciousness of freedom from relation.
6. Consciousness of freedom from enmity.
7. Consciousness of freedom from disease.
8. Consciousness of freedom from attachment
