One of the sutras of Anekant is co-ordination.
On the basis of that, the perspective becomes comprehensive.
For spiritual practice is physical power required or mental power?
From the perspective of ekanta or the one sided perspective, one can not get the answer.
From a holistic perspective, both a strong body structure as well as lots of patience is required - the merger between indifference and delusion that takes place under self control.
A person possessing a strong physique and patience can alone achieve success in the field of spiritual practice.
