There are three powers: the power of wealth, the power of the rule and the power of religion.
The power of wealth strengthens the ruling power and so occupies the first place.
The power of the ruler manages the financial power.

The affairs of a kingdom can not be conducted without financial power and financial power can not be managed without ruling power.
Both are important for society.

But, one does not seem to experience the need for religion as being necessary for society.
In the absence of religion, money leads society towards crime and the government towards immorality.

At this juncture the need for religion is felt.
This is because only religion, nothing else, has the power of renunciation.
