There is nothing in this world which has utility but does not have problems associated with it.
If organisations are beneficial there are problems attendant on them.
While on the one hand no major work can be accomplished without an organisation, on the other, some people become so obsessed with the organisation that they loose their sensitivity and start behaving whimsically with people.
Gradually the organisation begins to slacken.
It is the duty of the head of the organisation to see to it that no one person imposes his authority on others.
