Everyday a man assesses his work in his thoughts: this work is good, I will do it.
Or this work is not good, I will not do it.
He even resolves.

He takes a resolution in the morning and even before the sun goes down, his resolve is broken.
This is not any one man's complaint, many people go through this.

It is important to understand the secret behind this complaint.
Unless the resolve is made strong, it can not be stable.

The manner of strengthening it is called Anupreksha or contemplation.
If you want your resolve to strengthen, then practise contemplation.
