It is found in speed, music and in breathing.
Rhythmic breathing improves concentration and makes the mind peaceful.
So rhythmic breathing is necessary.
Through this the stamina to study improves and it pacifies anger.
It is very useful to practise rhythmic breathing for peace of mind and positive thinking.
