Drink in the green colour with each inhalation. As you breathe in, visualize that atoms of green are entering your body.

Practise green-coloured meditation on the Centre of Purity. In other words focus your attention on the Intuition (in the middle of the eye-brows), visualizing that your whole being is bathed in green.

Focus your attention on the Centre of Peace (located in the middle of the forehead), suggesting to yourself:

  • "Gentleness is developing; egoism is waning."

Repeat the above words aloud 9 times; and then repeat them mentally 9 times.

Pursue your reflection as following:

  • I must behave gently with a person or a thing.
  • I must be humble before the truth and forbear to insist that I alone am right.
  • I must avoid self-exhibition and ostentation.
  • To acclaim gratefulness, to offer thanks, to support the right inclination, is an important element for success in life.
  • To regret one's error and to ask forgiveness for one's rude behaviour is the way to righteousness. I shall be very vigilant in this regard.
