  1. I will not harm any innocent living being with a determination
    I will not commit suicide.
    I will not indulge in the activity of abortion.

  2. I will not attack upon anybody.
    I will not support any destructive policy.
    I will strive for world peace and nuclear disarmament

  3. I will not participate in violent and destruction oriented activities.

  4. I will believe in the concept of human integration.
    I will not assume any discrepancy on the basis of caste, colour etc.
    I will not accept the concept of untouchability.

  5. I will maintain the religious tolerance.
    I will not spread the communal disharmony.

  6. I will be honest in my profession and behaviour.
    I will not gain profit by subduing others.
    I will not indulge in the act of deceiving.

  7. I will establish the limit for the meditation on restraint and the limit of possession.

  8. I will not violate the code of conduct in election.

  9. I will not encourage any social rigidness.

  10. I will lead a non-addicted life. I will not consume any toxicants like alcohol, tobacco or drugs.

  11. I will be aware of all the environmental hazards.
    I will not harm nature in any way.

Anuvrat in the Class room

    1. I will not indulge in any malpractices during the examination

    2. I will not indulge in any destructive activities in the premises

    3. I will not use any slang or any sort of pervert language. I will not read or see any pornographic material.

    4. I will not consume alcohol or drugs.

    5. I will not indulge in the practices like dowry, nor will I be associated with any such activities.

    6. I will not chop the huge trees and will not spread the pollution

Anuvrat for the Teachers

    1. I will support the development of the intellect among stu­dents but along with their character formation.

    2. I will not indulge into any illegal act in order to promote a student.

    3. I will neither encourage politics in my school nor will I en­courage the students in this regard.

    4. I will not consume any toxicants.

    5. I will contribute myself for the expansion of Anuvrat philosophy.
