Ninth Exercise

Like in the seventh exercise, bend the body at 90 degree. Exhale and retain the breath outside and conduct the abdomen fast in and out.

Tenth Exercise

Bend both the legs like a chair. There should be the distance of one and a half feet in between them. Place the palms on the knees. With this the body will bend forward. Now exhale and take the abdomen very much inside and apply Udian bandha. With the maturity of this practise one will be able to perform the Nauli Kriya.
