Asanas while standing

Konasan

Position: Keep the distance of two feet in between the legs.

  1. While inhaling raise the right hand up. The hand will touch the ear.
  2. Exhaling bend the body to the left. Bend the knee and bring the left palm near the toes of the left foot.
  3. Inhaling straighten the body and die right hand
  4. Exhaling bring the right hand to the right side
  5. Note: Similarly practise in the right direction also

Benefits

  1. Pimples are cured.
  2. Spine becomes supple and joint pain vanishes.
  3. It is beneficial in constipation and the gastric troubles.
  4. It pacifies the hands and legs pain.

Trikonasana

  1. Stretch out both the feet and stand erect
  2. Breathing in, raise the right arm up towards the sky
  3. Breathing out bend the upper portion of the back toward the left foot and touch the left paw with left hand. In this state, the right arm touches the ear and remains parallel to the body.
  4. Repeat this process at left side too

Benefit

  1. The lumbar region becomes well shaped.
  2. Lungs become strong.
  3. Pimples disappear.
  4. Luster of the body intensifies.
