Exhibitory Method

In this method along with the question-answers, the teaching aids related to the subject are required to be displayed. The use of Chart, model, instruments, transparencies etc. are more effective. This method is assumed to be better than the question-answer method. The trainer should certainly study the material used for this method and fix the display place well in advance so that it is clearly visible to all the participants. If possible the help should be taken from the participants and even they should be given a chance to use them. This method is more effective than the question-answer method i.e. participatory method.

Practical Method

The practicals are assumed to be more important in Science of Living and the true transformation takes place because of them only. So this method should be used the most. Though the main practise is in Yogasana, Pranayam, Mahaprandhavni, Kayotsarg, Internal Trip, Breath Perception, Body Perception, Perception of Psychic centers, Leshya Meditation and Contemplation; still few short practices like Yogic Exercises, Mudras, Resolve, Vandana and Thanks giving are also needed to be given practical importance. The trainer should demonstrate these along with their process, precautions (if any) and benefits. Then in the next step, participants practise along with the trainer. The participants should put in more time for their practise. Later on the participants should be given more chance for their independent practise. During this period the trainer must make them aware for the care, taken during each practise and should instruct as well as advice them. During the practise the trainer must be alert and keep a note and guide them on the spot if any defect is seen among any of them. The practise should be continued till all the participants are able to perform accurately with confidence. The trainer is to ensure accuracy and preciseness at each step during the complete process, so that one increases his efficiency in exercises.
regular course.

NOTE:

For the young participants the extra activities, which can, entertain and are interest creating, should be adopted with the regular course. For development of their knowledge and the practical efficiency, Play way technique should be applied for ex. Story telling, incident narrating, picture acting and by various games It will not be proper to entangle them more in theoretical discussion. These children should be encouraged to compile the stories and songs as per their educational level, collect incidents through newsletters and magazines. Such resources should be made available to them.
