Jeevan Vigyan - A Guide Of Teachers Training: 12 ►Training in Non-violence

Published: 19.11.2021

Non-violence is the philosophy of life. It is essential for a person. He has his own inner world. There is a struggle in between the feelings and thoughts. Hence non- violence is essential.

Where there is more than one person the need of non-violence becomes strong. The atmosphere of fearlessness is not created and the peaceful environment is not possible without that.

We can think of the development of non-violence only after reviewing the reasons of violence. The innermost reason of violence is emotional passion and insistence. Lack of food, failure in meeting the basic needs is its upper reason. On the bases of the reflection of these reasons the four extensions of training in non-violence was conceived.

For the inner change, one extension is Emotional Change. One extension for the practical life in accordance with the theory is Non-violent Life style.

The extension - Right profession and Training for Adoption of Profession is on the basis that the profession should not be degrading the person from his moral values and the person is not encouraged for violent life because of lack of food.

Principle of Non violence and History is another extension along with the above-mentioned extensions.

This four-fold sequence will become strong instrument for the development of non-violence is said with confidence.
