Our brain has two hemispheres, the right hemisphere and left hemisphere. The left part of the brain controls the reasoning capacity, discrimination and language as well as mathematical ca­pacity etc. The right part of the brain controls the creativity, spiritu­ality, recognition capacity, carrier, growth, imaginary power and anticipation capacity. The extra support is obtained by Science of Living and Preksha Meditation for the possibilities to create a new carrier. The continuous practise of different practices of Science of Living and Preksha Meditation supports the increase in self-confi­dence, development of mental concentration, increase in vital en­ergy, receptivity, memory power and intellectual capacity.

Goal Achievement

The conscious mind completes its daily activities by work­ing like a computer but our unconscious mind gives us that energy, through which we get support to live a complete and meaningful life. So when a turn comes to achieve the group, to achieve the goal, to exhibit the work performance and to achieve the ambitions; the unconscious mind works in a distinct fashion.

Scientifically, our brain is an electro-chemical machine by which specific electrical waves and chemicals are formed in the body. The waves are believed to be of 4 types by EEG (Electroencephalogram)

  1. Waves 14-28 frequency - the state of excitement
  2. Waves 7-14 frequency - the peaceful state of meditation
  3. Waves 4-7 frequency - the state of deep sleep
  4. Waves 0.5-4.5 frequencies - lowest conscious level.

The power of waves in micro unit has been measured as 15 in an ordinary state, 30-40 during the meditation state and up to 100 in the meditation state of a yogi.

Through the practice of Preksha Meditation and Con­templation, extra and new energy enters in the unconscious brain to utilize its capacity to maximum. There are 5 steps in it.

  1. Motivation: Positive outlook. Increase self-confidence through increase in willingness by intense desire.
  2. Concentration: Practise Perception of Breathing to increase the mental concentration.
  3. Relaxation: Repetition of mental waves to maintain 7 to 14 cycles in one second and relaxation is essential for the direct contact with unconscious mind.
  4. Visualization: We can utilize the capacity of brain with the regular practise of imagination and visualization. With this we will achieve the maximum mental power and worthiness. Motivated to develop the power of concentration by Science of Living and Preksha Meditation, any person can reach the alpha level of brain waves. When our goal will be clear through visualization, the required energy will be achieved to attain that goal using Preksha Meditation

Method of Practice

Sit in Sukhasana, use Gyanmudra and recite Mahaprana dhvani for 9 times.

Kayotsarg

Keep your body steady, relaxed and stress free. Keep the spine and neck straight. There should not be any stiffness in any part of the body. Loosen your muscles; leave the hold of the body... still more loosen the body.

Experience the light of bright white colour around you. Inhale white colour, exhale white colour.

Experience.. I know that I possess the power within me to achieve the goal I have set. I will certainly achieve my goal because I trust myself and I am aware of the unlimited powers and possibilities hidden within me.

Repeat 3 times the above words of the sentence and prac­tise mental chanting there after 3 times.

"My self confidence is awakening...."
"I am becoming fearless..... "
"I am growing great patience in me...." "My mental concentration is increasing..."

Recall -
"My self confidence is awakened" "I am relieved from fear" "I have become a patient person" "My mental concentration has increased" Now, I will certainly succeed in achieving my goal. Conclude the practise by reciting Mahaprana dhvani 3 times.
