It is essential to breathe precisely and correctly. In the normal and right breathing process, the abdomen expands during the inhalation and it contracts during the exhalation.

Preparatory Position:

Stand erect with placing both the legs together. With at­tentive mind perform this exercise. Remember that the abdomen will be controlled by the inhalation and exhalation. The abdomen will expand during the inhalation and it will contract during the exhalation. Keep your eyes open. Your vision should neither be on the top nor at the bottom, look in front. Keep your neck straight, and the palms close to the thighs .

First Exercise

Keep your neck straight. Look in front Slowly inhale and exhale for ten times. Remember that while inhaling the lungs will be filled up with the air. The diaphragm will move down and the abdomen will expand. While exhaling, the abdomen will contract The lungs will be emptied.

Second Exercise

Be in the position of the first exercise, ten times inhale and exhale faster.

Third Exercise

Look up at the sky without blinking the eyes, ten times inhale and exhale

Fourth Exercise

Keep The neck straight. Look five feet away from your body, ten times inhale and exhale in high pitch.
