Life style of a trainer and Expression Skill

It is very essential for a trainer to be always full of human qualities-The knower of the subject, skilled in practise, excellent in expression skill and humble presentation is expected from the trainer. He has to be matured in the visible personality along with the inner personality and has to always have a learning attitude. A trainer who is discreet in behavior, possessive of high level moral conduct, and who is mentally and emotionally balanced, if proceeds towards spirituality; he will be called a great trainer. Trans­form your life style in such a way that you become a model for all.

Life Style

An excellent trainer should draft his 24 hours daily time schedule and follow it regularly. With awareness during practise of Yognidra, he must set every required and responsible work as per the principle of time management. He must have a resolute within him for respect, tolerance, politeness, co-operation, duti-fulness, national responsibility, etc. in his behavior. Whoever comes in contact with him should carry these qualities about a trainer with him through the experience. One must keep enough time in daily routine for the growth of knowledge and for self-study. Ac­cording as one deserves, the capacity in writing must be developed.

  1. Practise: A trainer should have provision in his 24-hours time­table for the practise of regular Asana, Pranayama, Medita­tion, Kayotsarg etc. on the basis of Science of Living.
  2. Time Management: Profession of a trainer maybe busi­ness, social work, agriculture or it may be whatsoever other work sphere; he has to maintain awareness and regularity towards that. Balanced distribution of time should be included in his daily routine for household work, entertainment. In accidental circumstances one may change his routine.
  3. Adoptability: Because of accidental incidents, a change has ' t0 be brought out in the daily routine, but one should not worry for the change of balance in it and accept that spontaneously challange to deal with.
  4. Subject Knowledge (self study): A trainer must have complete knowledge of each content. The development of the subject keeps on occurring with time. Hence keep yourself competent with the developing subject. Keep on studying constantly the subject related newsletters and newspapers, latest books during the allotted time of self-study in the timetable. Whatever is the new experience, write in the diary or compile the same. Read new editions of the books. It should not happen that you are applying that old practical knowledge only which you had acquired when you underwent the training. Can a doctor prescribe the same medicines, which were popular in those days of his training in this present time to the patient? With the pace of time, medicines are improved, if a doctor is not maintaining that pace then he won't be called a modem specialist. In the same way a trainer, developing his subject knowledge, has to utilize the same in his practise, to update the latest knowledge and technique.
    It is important to know the preparation about the supportive material and its technique to practise. It will be required to keep in mind to keep this new material ready prior to its presentation and so should inspect before practise. The efficiency to present the modem visuals or hearing aids according as it deserves has to be attained.
    The name of the book from whichever the subject material is being taken, the edition and the name of the author should be kept in memory. For their subject knowledge the participant may require the reference books, hence their names also should be in the memory.
