Contemplation of Harmony

  1. Mahaprandhavani                                                       2 Minutes
  2. Kayotsarg                                                                   5 Minutes
  3. Experience that the atoms of blue colour are all around you. These blue atoms are entering within your body with your breath Meditate with blue colour at the center of Health or the center of Energy. (Naval is the center of Health, lower end of the spinal cord is the Center of Energy)
  4. Concentrate your mind at your chosen Center and Contem­plate- I believe in human relations therefore I will cre­ate situations harmonically. I will create situations harmonically. Recite these sentences 9 times and then meditate on them for 9 times.

    There are five obstructing elements of harmony.

      1. Insistence: I will practise to give them a chance to choose instead of insisting them.
      2. Difference in thought: I will respect the thoughts of my friends and will try to understand them.
      3. Difference in interest: I will respect the interest of my friends.
      4. Difference in selfishness I will not give impor­tance to my selfishness. I will practise in the interest of all.
      5. Differece in opposition I will practise friendship even in the situation of opposition. All are my friends no body is my enemy.
      6. Every living creature is my friend - 3 times 20 Minutes
      7. Friendship.. Friendship.. Friendship. 1 Minute
  5. Conclude the practise with Mahaprandhavani.   2 Minutes

Contemplation of Health

  1. Mahapranadhavni                                                           5 times
  2. Resolve : I am practicing to become healthy. My inner strengths will make me the winner.
  3. Recite -Aum rhim namo loa savvsahunam   2-3 Minutes
  4. Kayotsarg - Three times stretching hard, experience of light­ness Relax the body. 3 Minutes
  5. Auto suggestion-
  6. My mind is calming down.
    My mind is achieving balance.
    My mind is becoming healthy
    . Repeat three times concentrating at the center of Bliss.                                2 Minutes

  7. Deep breathing. Concentrate on exhalation
  8. The deformities of the body are leaving the body.
    Body is cleansed. Each and every cell of the body is being cleansed
    .                                                       2 Minutes

  9. Concentrate on Inhalation
  10. The atoms of health are all around me. They are entering within body with every breath. Stimulating at­oms are entering within the body.

  11. Imagination
  12. Now create a mental picture. Imagine the posture of your deity, Mahaveer or Bahubali and with confidence imagine the self in that posture.

    1. Conclude the practise with Mahaprandhavni.     1 Minute
