My life embodied with ‘restraint, labour and simplicity is my message. I live life which is full of restraint. My aim is to reach to the top of restraint. I want to make some specific experiments in this direction. I wish to live life encompassed with work. So long as live, I should labour—this is my aspiration. Simplicity is the ornament of restraint. I obtain the assisting mode to live a simple and healthy life by this.
I dislike appreciation. If the feeling of favourable likelihood is clubbed with it, it may not be beneficial. It will fulfil no purpose.
Do not torture any creature. Do not harass anyone. Do not restrain. Labour and simplicity are those elements which are key to excellence for mine. It benefits others also. The element, beneficial to all, should be valued.
The world is terrified with problems. In my opinion the absence of restraint, labour and simplicity are the basic causes of most of the problems. If public life is inspired by the idea of restraint, labour and simplicity, many problems may be sorted out automatically.
I have inherited these pure practices. I have learnt to live such life from respectable Gurudev Kalugani. I had not to go to any college or university for learning this process. This is Indian culture. It is the culture of spirituality, Jain religion and Terapanth. It is indeed a blessing to Terapanth. Self-discipline is flourished by restraint. Labour activates our self and simplicity links the person with reality. I desire that these pure practices should be consolidated in ‘Dharmasangh’. In this angle, life of Acharya Bhikshu is an ideal life. It is essential that this ideal should inspire at every step.
I have spent Seventy-seven years of my life peacefully and actively. Today I am crossing the age limit of Acharya Bhikshu, the founder of Terapanth and entering into the age limit of Shri Maghwacharya. Among the Acharya of Terapanth, the creativity of Acharya Bhikshu and Jayacharya was unpatrolled. Their contribution in the glaring glory of Terapanth is fantastic. What I have done, what I am doing and shall be doing, is the positive outcome of the kindness of ex-acharyas. I cannot forget their benefaction even in dreams.
Dedication, discipline and unification of Terapanth Dharmasangh are famous. I am overwhelmed with the respect and dedicative attitude that inherited from Dharmasangh during my tenure. It has determined my goal of consciousness towards any indication or view of mine. This consciousness has tremendous contribution in my success.
On the eve of New Year, I am receiving good wishes and compliments from Dharmasangh. After acknowledging all these expressions, I pledge to stay in conformity with the aspirations of Dharmasangh. Dharmasangh should also understand my desires and assist me fully to fulfil the same. Once again I reiterate the resolution to hold myself dedicated for the service of mankind along with the entire Dharma Parivar. I trust that this joyous feeling of service and dedication will have the flavour of rejoice during whole year.
