The Support Of Faith: 56 ►Where is India?

Published: 03.03.2020

Man is the most thoughtful creature of the world. He has such a developed brain which no creature of the world possess. He owns the knowledgeable acumen. Only man has the capacity to arouse institution. He knows that there is no justification to divide men on the basis of castes and regionalism. Yet he enjoys division. He creates the situation of dividing each other and the dream of undivided nation or life is smashed.

In this world there are such creatures also whose thought is not developed. Several animals and birds may come into this category. Almost in all the states of the country animals and birds live. But they have no such urge like regionalism. Animals and birds of a particular region go to other regions and mix-up with each other. Dog is such an animal which barks to see the dogs of other locality, village or region and it takes relief only after pushing them out from there. If any outer dog is successful in remaining in that adverse environment, ultimately it co-relates itself with the dogs residing there.

Today in various parts of the country demand for separate state is being shouted loudly. If their demand is not fulfilled easily, residents of that place behave inhumanly with the non-resident people. This situation may be bearable if it continues for two-four days, months or years. But after the expiry of years after years, if the solution of this problem is not found out, we are forced to think about how peculiar the politics of votes is. Each political party at first thinks about the work which will influence vote. If people sitting at the helm of power go on seeing the disintegrating situation of the country for their own small interests, why not the mentality of disintegration will crop up in the minds of men.

The teacher in the course of teaching showed the map of India to the students and told them—‘Boys! This is Gujarat, here Gujaratis live. This is Punjab, here Punjabis live. Similar things were told about Bengal, Bihar, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra states. After the teaching was over, one of students asked— ‘Sir! Where is India in the map and where we, the Indians live? The teacher was taken aback to hear this question. He could understand his mistake. God knows Indians are today suffering from who’s what fault.
