There is an angle of thought that evil persons do work in an organized way whereas good persons are not organized. Another angle of thought is lots of organizations are being constituted today. In these years number of existing organizations is much more than earlier years. Each of them is most strong, organized and active than others. Trade Unions, Lawyers’ organizations, businessmen Organizations, Professors’ Organizations, Student’ Unions etc. are so strong that they disrupt the Government on a single issue— even the country too. Irrespective of considering their proper- improper effects, they unnecessary here and cry to get their demands accepted. The Government is also compelled to compromise with them. Under this situation how can we think that good people are not organized in the country?
Like evil persons, good persons too have their organizations and they are also active. But their active role is not concerned with the interests of the country and society; rather they are concerned with personal interests. Their agitation is not motivated by any principle; rather they are motivated by self-interest. If these organizations or their leaders could have thought over the interests of the country and society, leaving aside their self-interest, these organizations could have been shaped in different way.
If we think over the point of contribution of these organizations for the country and the society, we will find that they may do so many un noted, but important work. As an instance, we can look into the problem of dowry. Expanding trend of pains and murders related with dowry-system will definitely agonize any sensitive man, but whether any organization is dedicated to eradicate this agony? Whether steps taken in a scared way and futile noise of slogans could protect the identity of some ladies? Even feminist organisations have not been able to make effective efforts on this aspect. This challenge for those persons, who are advocating for the protection of social and national interest. It is necessary that we should face this challenge boldly and involve ourselves to wash out this blot being spotted on the forehead of our country.
Problem of dowry is complicated. But the problem of corruption is more complicated. Who will fill up the vacuum, spreading extensively in the sphere of good conduct? Even if some organizations resolute wholeheartedly, they may magically tum over the entire situation. I am fully convinced that the work which cannot be done by the rulings of the Government can be done by awakened and bold public-opinion. Only what is required, the leading person of the organization should think optimistically and also speak so.
Only such organizations can come forward for this work, which are prepared to sacrifice their self-intersect. People thinking for own self and for their party, may only infuse fuel for baking their bread. Persons zooming over this narrow mentality may utilize their own power and power of his organization for the interest of the people of the world.
