The air is cool.
The mind is hot.
The air does not have that power which can cool the mind.
Heard an adverse comment or went through an adverse situation and the mind gets heated up.
It is necessary that the coolant comes from within.
This is the capacity to tolerate.
The one who knows how to tolerate keeps his head cool even under adverse circumstances.
The one who does know to tolerate gets heated up even when cool air is blowing.
We attach a lot of importance to circumstances.
But can we attach so much importance to circumstances without understanding the mental state?
