23rd March

Nothing in this world comes alone.
Problems and solutions come together.

Similarly while the body is useful and the means for all activities, it also becomes an obstacle at times.
Sometimes subject to the disorder of vata (wind), sometimes of pita (bile), sometimes of kapha (phlegm) and sometimes of nature.

Looking thus, at both the supportive side and the side of obstacles, one must reach the conclusion that in this dualistic (dwandatmak) world, problems and solutions can not be totally separated from each other.
