"I want to be something," for such a goal to be realised, there must be a central purpose.
From the spiritual point of view, the central purpose of life is the development of knowledge, bliss and spiritual power.
In the spiritual world knowledge is authentic when it includes the capacity to realise the true nature of any thing.
Bliss is acceptable only when it is permanent.
Power is beneficial only when its accumulated imprints are pure.

The resolve should be:

• I want to achieve knowledge which is beyond the senses.
• I want to be endowed with eternal bliss
• I want to be endowed with spiritual power.
