If any vice is to removed, then give an alternative.
If anybody's nature has to be changed, then give him an alternative.
Without suggesting an alternative, if you just give advice, then the work will not be done, no transformation will take place.
If the liquor bottle is to be thrown off, then give him a new bottle.
Can the government and the industrialist bottle self restraint?
With this bottle not only will alcohol be removed, all problems of unrestrained action will be solved.
