Discipline is essential.
It is must for success.
But that kind of discipline which creates an inferiority complex in the person on whom it is enforced, is not beneficial.
Nor is that kind of discipline good which allows the person on whom it is enforced, to become undisciplined.
Discipline should be such that it protects the people on whom it is enforced from an inferiority complex and from wandering off into an undisciplined life.
