On the basis of a one sided view, one can not regard anything as good or bad.
To say that monkshood is good is not a one sided perspective.
lt is good for that person who has patience and inclination towards temperance.
Dasavaikalika sutra has described a life of restraint as one which can be as blissful as heaven itself as also one which can be as painful as hell.
Devaloga samano o parlyao mahesinam
rayanam arayanam mahaniryasariso.
