A building is constructed by making its outer walls but an individual is made not with stone, bricks etc.
To make a man, the treasure of sanskaras within him, is used.

The creator's job is just this: to awaken consciousness in the one whom he wants to make.
The man himself is then able to make use of his inner treasures.
Rare is the man who is able awaken his consciousness himself.
