Economic management, social management and the state of morality - a co-ordination of these three forms the basis of 'Anuvrat'.
Anuvrat is not merely a code of conduct but it gives direction to the spiritual, financial and social aspects of life.

1. The spiritual aspect of Anuvrat is self restraint.
2. The economic aspect is to use wisely, the right and clean methods towards accumulation of wealth and alongside practise relinquishment.
3. The social aspect of Anuvrat is development of equality.
