I read in the newspaper:
A boy of 11 years and two months had passed the B.Sc. Examination from Patna university. This news is surprising because it happens rarely.
Those who know the comparative value of the development of individual consciousness will not find this news surprising.
There is some difference between capability and development.
If there is capability and the opportunity to develop comes one's way then such rare events can take place.
Some people have the capability but do not get the opportunity and so get left behind.
The one whose capability gets an opportunity to flower, moves ahead.
While we may use the word surprise in rhetoric, we should simultaneously try to understand the rules of development of consciousness.
