25th June

Summer months are hard.
Man is an intelligent being and so has found many ways of escaping the heat:
fan, cooler, air conditioner etc.

The rich man can access all this.
Where will the poor man use a cooler or an air conditioner?

In the outer world, some are rich and some poor and their equipments also therefore are different.
In the world within nobody is poor or rich and there is no question of any equipment.

Yogacharyas have found such ways, which are equally accessible, to all.

Close the right nostril.
Take in your breath from the left nostril and release the breath through the same left nostril.
Within five minutes, you feel a cooler has been fitted!
