The more I move out into the world, the more I get engrossed in the spiritual practice of solitude.
The more I try to understand others, the more intense is my understanding of my self.
To only move outward is wrought with dangers.
To understand only others, even more so.
To save oneself from these dangers, one should always keep oneself in the centre.
