Who am I?
This is the first formula.

Where am I, at which conscious centre is my consciousness active?
This is the second formula.

In what mental state am I?
Am I being directed by a rise in karma or by the elimination of karma?
This is the third formula.

How free am I from greed?
Greed lies at the centre of life.
The rest of them, like anger, ego etc. lie in its circumference.

Introspection plays a significant role in getting to know the truth and assimilate it.
