Persistence is good as well as bad.

Persistence is not undesirable in a man who being wise to space, time and the prevailing circumstances, is on the verge of completion of a job.

Persistence in one who is not aware of space, time and circumstances, does not lead him to the completion of a job and so is not desirable.

The persistent man tries to make his falsehood sound like truth.

This is applicable only to the man who is unaware of space, time and circumstances.

Persistence of truth is possible only when the basic premise is relative vision.
