To lead an organization is not an easy task.

Only a person who is powerful, is dignified, is a thinker, is tolerant and possessing of such qualities, is fit to be a leader.

One who does not assess correctly his own strengths and weaknesses is not capable of being an efficient leader.

The one who does not ponder over problems, is not sensitive and does not heed suggestions from others, can never lead a big organization.
