What is good? What is bad?
Is there any instrument to measure this?
If it is there than what is it?
One will have to search quite a bit.

Good and bad are so relative that it is difficult even for a scientist to make an instrument to measure them.
Maybe it has been tried in the past and even in the future such efforts may be made.
One can not however say how successful the efforts will be.

A spiritual measure can be devised, but no attempt is being made to understand that.
If we are able to weigh ourselves against the world, it would be a good measure of the good and the bad.
